MACHINING<\/h2>\n
\n

The production of Premek Hi Tech has focused on precision machine parts and small assemblies in accordance with the customer\u2019s design.<\/strong> The company specializes in the machining of stainless steel and aluminum alloys, also working on bronze, brass, plastics and special materials such as titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy. In addition to turning and milling, Premek Hi Tech performs complementary operations of drilling, threading, boring, broaching, punching, bending and grinding.<\/p>\n

The heat treatments and surface finishings are outsourced to a network of specialized local partners.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

PRECISION ASSEMBLY<\/h2>\n

An increasing part of the production of Premek Hi Tech is dedicated to the assembly of mechanical systems, in two different areas:<\/p>\n

Precision assembly and Clean Room<\/strong>
\nfor the assemblies of small dimensions, with high cleaning and accuracy requirements. In this environment can be obtained filtering performances up to class 7 according to ISO 14644.1.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
