This year too, our company was delighted to welcome students from local technical schools for a day of meetings, training and discoveries.<\/p>\n
During their visit, the students had the opportunity to get a close look at our production departments, learn about the technologies we use every day and watch the processes that drive the world of mechanics.<\/p>\n
It was a valuable experience for them \u2013 who were able to come into close contact with the reality of the work environment and gain a solid understanding of the importance of technical skills \u2013 and for us, because we had the opportunity to listen to new ideas, answer stimulating questions and contribute to the development of their training course.<\/p>\n
We firmly believe in the importance of dialogue between schools and businesses: training, inspiring and guiding young people is a responsibility we embrace with enthusiasm, in the awareness that from this exchange comes a stronger and more shared future.<\/p>\n
