We received the Bronze medal from EcoVadis, an independent rating platform which assesses sustainability in companies globally.
Putting us in the top 35% of companies analyzed, this result is clear confirmation of the concrete actions that we are taking to make sustainability part of everything we do, highlighting a path towards continuous improvement in environmental, social and ethical matters.
The EcoVadis analysis is based on ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) criteria and evaluates four key areas:
- Environment: resource management, reduction of environmental impact and sustainability initiatives;
- Work and Human Rights. working conditions, compliance with regulations and protection of employees;
- Ethics: transparency in company processes and compliance with international regulations;
- Sustainable Procurement: responsible supply chain management and selection of suppliers with sustainability criteria
The integration of sustainable practices into company processes is part of a strategy focussing on innovation and corporate responsibility. The EcoVadis assessment is an objective indicator of progress made and possible areas for improvement.
